Mary Kearsley is a partner in Snow+Snow’s capital markets and securities practice in New York, where she advises issuers, underwriters, and financial intermediaries on public and private securities offerings, ongoing reporting obligations, and corporate governance matters. Her clients include public companies, private equity-backed issuers, and investment banks active in equity and debt capital markets across the energy, infrastructure, and financial services sectors.

Background

Before joining Snow+Snow, Mary was a senior associate in the capital markets group of a New York-based international law firm, where she developed particular expertise in energy sector equity offerings and infrastructure bond transactions. She has advised on more than 75 capital markets transactions totaling in excess of $40 billion in aggregate proceeds over the course of her career.

Mary is a frequent contributor to continuing legal education programs on securities law and has written on topics including the evolving landscape for climate-related disclosures in public company filings.
