Practice Focus
- Tax equity financing for solar, wind, and battery storage projects, including partnership flip structures and sale-leaseback arrangements
- Construction and term loan financing for utility-scale and distributed generation projects
- Offtake agreements, power purchase agreements, and commercial contracting for clean energy assets
- Portfolio acquisitions and divestitures of operating renewable energy assets
- Clean hydrogen, offshore wind, and emerging technology project development and finance
Background
Jennifer joined Snow+Snow after several years at a leading renewable energy developer, where she served as in-house counsel responsible for the legal execution of the company’s West Coast project pipeline. That experience — structuring tax equity transactions, negotiating interconnection agreements, and managing complex multi-party closings under tight timelines — gives her a practitioner’s understanding of the challenges developers face and how legal counsel can help solve them.
Jennifer is a member of the American Council on Renewable Energy and has spoken on clean energy finance topics at ACORE and the Infocast Renewable Finance Summit.
