HOUSTON – Snow+Snow LLP represented a major North American midstream operator in connection with its investment as a 40 percent equity partner in a newly formed carbon capture and storage development company alongside two independent carbon infrastructure developers.
The joint venture is focused on developing Class VI carbon storage projects along the Gulf Coast, with initial injection operations targeted for the latter half of the decade. As part of the arrangement, the midstream operator will serve as the preferred CO₂ transportation partner for the venture’s storage hubs.
